So, I've been thinking about what I'm doing for my community, since doing things for myself has got me no where fast. So what I'm going to do is work on bringing the arts community that is so rampant here in Columbus into the lives of the disabled. I have several unique ideas on how to do that, but for the moment the most feasible is to start a campaign to get local authors to convert their books to audio book to be donated to the blind.
I already have a place that agreed to allow me to use it as a recording space- it's not ideal. But it will be functional for sure.
I hope that the project takes off and I can make it an official Non-profit organization by the end of the year.
